1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AutoDox platform or related services provided by RexNDox Outsource Solutions LLP, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

AutoDox provides AI-assisted medical record intelligence and litigation support solutions, including medical chronologies, narrative summaries, medical expense sheets, indexing, IME summaries, hyperlinked medical records, and custom medical reports.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal authority to provide records and information for processing and for complying with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

4. Intellectual Property

The AutoDox platform, branding, software, and related materials remain the property of RexNDox Outsource Solutions LLP unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared during the engagement, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RexNDox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform or services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship in accordance with applicable agreements. Termination does not affect obligations relating to confidentiality, payment, or legal compliance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws specified in the applicable client agreement or, where no agreement exists, the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
