How do I order a chronology?
Complete the request form, select the chronology type you need, and enter “Request Free Trial” or “Request Login ID” in the message field. A RexNDox representative will contact you within 12–18 business hours.
How can I submit records?
Medical records can be uploaded securely through our file upload portal. Clients can monitor case status and securely transfer files through the system.
How will I receive the completed chronology?
Completed chronologies are delivered through our secure server as password-protected files. A secure download link will be provided.
What if I don’t know the number of pages in my case?
Our team calculates the total page count before beginning work and sends an estimate for approval before processing.
When are invoices generated for regular clients?
Invoices are generated twice monthly on the 15th and the 30th/31st and include case counts, page counts, and billing details.
